Drop Box

Attach the payment stub to your check or money order and place it in our drive-up drop box located beside the parking lot at 216 McNaught St S. Please do not put cash in the drop box.

Bill Pay Program

You can arrange to have your financial institution pay your bill for you. Contact your bank for more information. Please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us in the mail.

Pay in Person

Payments may be made in person at Roy City Hall, located at 216 McNaught St S. Please bring your invoice. We accept cash, check or money order. City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The court office closes at 2:00. When the Court Clerk Administrator is out of the office, city office staff can accept court payments and give receipts, but you must know the amount of your payment. They have no access to court records.)

Credit/Debit Card

Credit and debit cards are accepted through a third party, which charges and receives a service fee from you based on the amount of your transaction. Payments can be made in person or online.  The fee is the same either way. We receive notification by email whenever a payment goes through.

You will need to know your payment amount and your account or ticket number to pay by debit or credit card. (The third party’s system does not interface with ours.)

To pay by phone, call 1-888-604-7888 and use the Pay Location Code (PLC #) shown below for the type of payment you wish to make. Please note that the service fee for phone payments is higher than for online or in person payments.
