The Roy Police Department is a progressive, professional, and dedicated Police Department. Our vision as a team is to provide professional and accountable service to the citizens of Roy. We will strive to work in harmony with the Mayor, city council, fellow employees of the city, to provide the best service possible to “our” community.

We will provide a safe and secure environment to our citizens, business, and visitors with compassion, dedication to duty, communication, accountability, and the utmost compassion for excellence. We will provide these services safely, ethically, morally, always by keeping our core values, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence as our guide, we are committed to:
