City of Roy Library Funding & Administration
City of Roy:
 The Roy City Library receives an annual budget and direction from the
the City of Roy (Click HERE to visit the city's
website, http://www.cityofroywa.us).
The Friends of the Roy City Library:
The Friends group, a nonprofit organization, provides volunteer and financial support for the library. It helps fund services, books, materials and equipment which are beyond the ordinary library budget. In addition, the Friends work in the community to explain and promote the library's visions and values. The group also supports library staff by cosponsoring activities, programs and events.
Friends of the Roy Library meetings: 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month at the library.
